And I either kept the shoes or paid the shipping. A nonsense

I bought a cycling jacket on the Oiartzun Sport website and went to change it to my own store, because I was too small. The owner scolded me saying that we only bought online for the price and that the return was not accepted in the store. actually just I wanted to change for a larger size, but his arrogance made me feel so bad that I left the shop without buying anything. I made the return request on the web and it took four days to accept it. Finally, a few days later, they returned my money. I do not plan to return to this store for the unacceptable treatment received. And the web has to improve a lot.
